The name Fìkh Ci-12a Bujĭle is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Ci-12a Bujĭle was founded by Sian Zlëg̈m, who was culturaly Constructi.

Fìkh Ci-12a Bujĭle was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1308, by Sian Zlëg̈m. The establishment of Fìkh Ci-12a Bujĭle suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Fìkh Ci-12a Bujĭle which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Fìkh Ci-12a Bujĭle was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Ci-12a Bujĭle is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Fìkh Ci-12a Bujĭle is buildings are arranged within a network of restrictive cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures.
